With three bedrooms and a daybed, our cottage provides a cozy yet private experience for every guest. Each space is designed to feel like your home away from home. With an ample amount of space, our cottage provides guests with the perfect mix of family time in shared spaces as well as alone time.

When visiting the cottage in the summer, we understand the importance of maximizing your time in the sun. Our large backyard features an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after your day at the beach. We also have a cornhole set and several other outdoor games to keep the summer fun going. Outdoor dining is easy with the gas grill and outdoor table for 6.

Central Location

Minutes from the Beach

Located in the heart of Harwich Port, our cottage is a quick .7 miles to downtown, and another .4 miles to the beach. The downtown area has amazing restaurants, bars, and shops to enjoy. Harwich Center is just up the street with a bandstand and pickleball courts at Brooks Park. We are also located very close to the entrance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, which is a beautiful bike path that showcases the beautiful scenery of Cape Cod.

Much of the home was renovated in 2024 including a brand new bathroom, new kitchen appliances, complete interior painting and refinishing of the hardwood floors, all new furniture, mattresses, bed linens, lighting, dishes, and a new outdoor shower. Washer & Dryer on main floor. Wifi included. Parking for 4 cars in driveway. More to come as we continue to add amenities.
